Capital Center is being developed by a group of local investors who comprise Urban Capital, LLC. The project is managed by Chuck Tessier of Tessier Associates, and Asheville architect John Rogers, both with over 20 years experience in developing downtown properties. Beverly-Grant is managing construction.
Capital Center Condominium Association owns the building structure and common areas. This owners' association is made up of all the owners of the building and is managed by Tessier Associates. The association provides all utilities, fire and casualty insurance on the building, common area maintenance, trash removal, janitorial services, HVAC and elevator maintenance, security and fire systems, repairs and reserves for replacement. Each owner pays their proportionate cost of these services. Property taxes and the interior maintenance of each suite are the responsibility of the individual suite owners. |
